DAY 1 Arrival
Arrival Kilimanjaro Airport transfer to Arusha planet lodge Dinner planet Lodge
DAY 2 / ARUSHA- TARANGIRE
Leave Arusha after breakfast initially head to Tarangire National Park spending half day game drive in Tarangire. The park is a home to the large number of Elephants the park its self has a great habitat and beautiful Scenery large trees such as Baobab trees. Night Tarangire Safari Lodge
DAY 3 / FULL DAY TARANGIRE
After breakfast in the morning proceed on the game drive Tarangire viewing spectacular Silalei swamp the pool of Elephants. Night Taramgire Safari Lodge
DAY 4 / TARANGIRE- NGORONGORO CONSERVATION
Leave Tarangire head to Ngorongoro conservation spend full day in the Ngorongoro crater exploring this unique caldera. The permanent home to many Animals and great spot for getting close shots. Night Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
DAY 5 / SOPA LODGE –EMPAKAAI CRATER HIKE
Empakaai is located to the Highland area of the Ngorongoro area from the moment you arrive at the Empakaai you will be treated to splendid views of the Empakaai as well as a glimpse of Oldoinyo Lengai. Tanzania’s most active volcano.
START TIME: THE WALK CAN START IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON
DURATION OF EXCURSION: The walk itself lasts 2-4 hours. The walk will be led by an experienced guide and accompanied by a park Ranger. Night Sopa Lodge
DAY 6 / NGORONGORO- SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Descend from the Ngorongoro high land and drive out across the vast Serengeti plains game driving as you go around. Night Katikati mobile camps which are seasonally to different locations and depend where the wildebeests migrations.
DAY 7 / SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Another full day in the plain of the Serengeti in search of the herds. The wildebeests Migration sweeps through the plains in a huge herds before crossing in to Maasai Mara during the dry season much of the other game is far more sedentary and remains in the same area year around. Night katikati luxury tented.
DAY 8 / WALKING SAFARI IN THE SERENGETI REMOTE AREA
After breakfast in the morning head to the remote area ready to start a walk which will be accompanied by a park Ranger for 2-4 hours. Walking in the Serengeti is not about covering huge distances, it is about moving slowly so as not to disturb the wildlife. In the afternoon drive back to the camp for hot meals and proceed game viewing in the evening. Night Katikati luxury tented.
DAY 9 / SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Full day game drive around the Serengeti plains exploring Southern Serengeti Moru Kopjes for Maasai painting and Gong Rocks excursions. Moru Kopjes is a home to the remaining of the Black Rhinos. The Serengeti Rhino project has a visitors center here where one can learn more about the conservation. Night Katikati Luxury Camps.
DAY 10 / SERENGETI- LAKE MANYARA
Leave the Serengeti head to Lake Manyara National park per harps visiting the Archaeological site of Olpaai Museum proceed to Lake Manyara Kirurumu Tented Lodge. Night at Kirurumu.
DAY 11 / KIRURUMU- LAKE MANYARA –ARUSHA
After breakfast head to lake Manyara park for half day game viewing after picnic lunch proceed to Arusha drop off Arusha Air port/ lodge. The majority of the of the land area of the park is narrow strip running between the Gregory Rift wall to the west and lake Manyara an alkaline or soda lake to the East.
